Eylin earned her Associate of Arts in Theological Studies at the age of 17 and her Bachelor's degree in Family Counseling at the age of 20.
In 2011, she joined the teaching staff of the Bible Institute.
From 2012 to 2016, together with her husband, Carlos Hernandez, she moved to Tijuana, Baja California, to spearhead the establishment of Sheffield Association International Missions and to launch Bible Institutes throughout Mexico—an endeavor that resulted in the planting of 12 churches and the founding of two Bible Institutes.
In 2013, Eylin joined the official Board of Directors of the Sheffield Association of General Baptists, where she continues to serve to this day.
Her contributions across multiple ministerial areas within the broader scope of ministry are invaluable; these include work in the academic realm, preaching in churches, interpreting at conventions, compiling official documentation in her capacity as secretary, organizing leadership training programs for both veteran and new pastors, and much more.
